You can remove the tooltip by clicking on Options > Translations from the top menu within the Flipbook software. Then expand the required section that contains the tooltip you wish to remove.
For example, if you wish to remove the Jump to page tooltip, you would expand the Buttons section, then double-click on the translation to the right-hand side and then remove the text.
Then click OK to save your changes.
