General Information – Submission

General Information allows entering data for the App Store & Google play listings. It also tells our team a little more about your app.

App Name – The name your app will display on user’s devices.

App Description – The description to be used on the App Store & Google play.

Short App Description – A shorter tag-line style description of your app.

Search keywords – Keywords to be used in the App Store. Helps potential users find your app.

Primary Category – The category that your app will appear under in the App Store.

Secondary Category – An additional category that your app will appear under in the App Store.

Content Rating – This tells Apple and Google about the contents of your app, and which audiences it can be shown to. This must be honestly answered, note that both Apple and Google will not accept apps containing Sexual content, Nudity, or Illegal & controlled substances.

App Support Email – An email address that users can contact you on for help & support.

App Support Phone number – A phone number that users can contact for help & support.

Support URL – A url that provides support information for your app. This URL must be valid and available over https.

Marketing URL – A url that provides promotional or marketing information about your app. This URL must be valid and available over https.

Privacy Policy URL – A url to your privacy policy. This must be a valid url available over https.

EULA URL – Your End User License agreement

Copyright – You copyright text. For example “3D Issue LTD 2018”

Do your publications require a username and password – Check this and fill in the required info if your Flipbooks require a login to be read. Apple and Google require this access to ensure your content meets their content guidelines.

Provided URLs

Ensure the URLs you provide work and are available over https. Apple and Google will revalidate these URLs upon each app submission & update.
