My content does not seem to be updating

If you have updated your content and it is not showing when you view your hub online, it may not have been collected by our parser.

Our parser updates the content every hour. So you will probably see the new content filter in afterwards.

If however you still cannot view your updated contact, please contact us at support@3dissue.com and we will gladly assist.
