If your issue is stuck at 90% with the loader continuously spinning, this may be due to the naming of your PDF(s). Please ensure that the PDF name does not contain a + symbol.
After doing so, please click Create New and import the newly renamed PDF.
If you continue to experience problems, please send an email to support@3dissue.com with your PDF attached and they will troubleshoot.
