Cloud hosting backups
Our cloud hosting is built on Amazon Web Services S3, which is designed to provide 99.9% data durability. Every item uploaded is stored in several locations, in different geographical locations to protect from data loss.

Database and Other data
Independent backups are taken of each system nightly and are cycled every 14 days. The backups are secured on Amazon S3 and as such are protected from unauthorised access and potential data loss.
