Forms

Experios provides a Form element, which by default displays a simple contact form with Name, Email and Message fields, as well as a Send button. As well as this, there are a variety of elements which you can use to customize your form by adding additional text fields, checkboxes, radio buttons, etc.

There are also a selection of Blocks which contain contact forms, as well as spaces for you to enter contact details and social media links.

Please note that while you can build your form within Experios, you must provide a URL for a script to process the submitted data (for example, sending it to an email address or saving it to a database). This URL should be entered in the Action field of your form’s Settings panel.
