After publishing your project, you can continue to make changes which, once applied, will be reflected in the Studio publication.
To do so:
- Publish your project using the Publish button at the top-right of the screen. Once published, this button will become the Update button.
- After a short wait, you will see a link to your project. This link can be used to embed or otherwise distribute your Studio publication.
- Should you subsequently need to make changes, re-open your project from the Studio Dashboard and make your edits. Once you have made your changes, you can then publish them using the Update button at the top-right of the screen. The original url created in steps 1 and 2 will still be valid for the updated publication. When a user views your publication, they will now see the updated version.
Updating a Publication Which Has Been Published Offline
If you have used our offline publishing option:
- Offline republish your edited project.
- Download the .zip file created by Studio.
- Extract the files to where your published Experios is located, overwriting all files.
Your updated publication will now be available to users, using any existing links.
