Marketing Executive

Role Description

The marketing executive will join an established and leading marketing and SEM team and join the front line in launching a new product to our market. The successful work on developing an integrated digital marketing plan for its product suite. In this role you will be responsible for building strategic marketing campaigns, the brand’s messaging and positioning and also plan, develop and execute the branding, marketing, and PR initiatives.

Initially, the role will involve managing the marketing strategy for 3D Issue. The role will involve developing and implementing a strategic marketing plan which can cover:

  • Brand strategy/communications
  • New product introduction
  • Marketing strategy

About 3D Issue

3D Issue develops software for the content experience market. Our tools allow content creators to create replica flipbooks, next-generation responsive magazines, automated news hubs, and native mobile apps. Operating for over 15 years, 3D Issue’s tools are actively used by over 1,300 customers with 99% of sales being overseas. 3D Issue is a proud supporter of the 4 Day Work Week which ensures all of our staff have at least a 3 day weekend every week of the year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the marketing strategy to grow revenue in line with 3D Issue’s overall vision and objectives.
  • Execute marketing plans and campaigns within that strategy that strengthen the company’s positioning and reputation while building brand awareness and traffic to sales channels.
  • Develop a strategy to introduce and cross-sell products into the existing and expired customer base.
  • Recommend and drive a mix of tactics to achieve revenue targets, including webinars, SEO, and campaigns.
  • Report on the effectiveness of programs and campaigns including how key revenue metrics are performing against plan.
  • Analyze performance and evaluate business results of marketing initiatives. Develop and execute an efficient tracking system to measure and report on campaign ROI
  • Develop and lead the go-to-market strategy for new feature launches.
  • Work alongside the Marketing Manager, CRO, and CEO to develop a deep understanding of our customer segments, verticals, use cases, and buyer personas.


  • Degree in PR and Marketing or equivalent 3rd level qualification in a relevant field
  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in a very busy and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Proven experience in developing, maintaining, and managing positive client relationships.
  • Strong administrative and IT skills
  • Communication skills
  • Compassionate and confidential when dealing with potential new Residents and family members
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work well under pressure
