Role Description

3D Issue is seeking an experienced sales leader to assume responsibility for all revenue-generating functions, integrating, and aligning marketing, sales, customer experience, pricing, and revenue management with 3D Issue with special emphasis on our new product Experios.

We seek a person who will develop lead generation and sales execution plans and build a team to execute and deliver projected targets. Reporting to our CEO and founder, you’ll be critical in rounding out our leadership team and guiding 3D Issue through the next phase of its journey — building a company of smart and passionate people and creating a real impact

Our tools allow content creators to create replica Flipbooks, next-generation responsive magazines, automated news hubs, and native mobile apps. Whom we are looking for

The candidate must demonstrate experience in:

  • Building out a ‘sweet-spot sales persona model and have experience in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding business development, sales, and sales support staff that match that criteria.
  • Creating and executing a sales strategy for SaaS-based businesses around the persona characteristics of our ‘sweet-spot customers that articulate the optimum steps in identifying and connecting with those potential customers.
  • Knowledge of the latest lead automation trends and experience in devising a business development strategy in leveraging lead automation tools to move those ‘cold contacts’ to ‘warm leads’ entering the top of their sales funnel.
  • Creating an inbound and outbound sales model that owns every aspect of the sales funnel process from working with the CMO in generating a marketing-sourced lead pipeline from the ground up to detailing all touchpoint data, documentation, tutorials, and demonstrations needed throughout the user’s journey through the sales funnel.
  • Experience in developing a ‘sweet-spot persona for the business development, sales, and sales support personnel that we are looking to recruit and be able to demonstrate and articulate the practices they use to ensure maximum efficiency in the recruitment process.
  • Work with the onboarding team to create a sales training curriculum for new staff to ensure that new staff product proficiency and are generating sales within the first KPI time frame.
  • Leading a team from the trenches and being able to demonstrate the effectiveness of the model that was created by working side by side with the team to demonstrate how to execute the plan to obtain the best results.
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales metrics and tracking daily activities and monthly results than taking action based on those results and preparing sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
  • Working with other departments to ensure fluency and cohesion between the sales, marketing, customer success, and development departments and their respective strategies.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience managing and scaling an inside sales team.
  • Experience in building a Sales Strategy for SaaS-based businesses and in launching new SaaS products to market.
  • Demonstrate first-hand experience in executing the plans that they have created and be able to articulate how they validated their strategies and engineered commitment and belief in the plan from both management and the team they managed.
  • Proficiency in all leading sales and marketing tools needed to garnish the best results for both inbound and outbound sales strategies.
  • Be able to demonstrate experience in developing and executing sales strategies for SaaS businesses that consistently grow revenue*
  • Will speak their mind (with positive intent).
  • Have a high-level discipline, be creative and self-motivated and enjoy working in a fast-paced, change-oriented team environment.
  • Have strong organisational, planning, analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills
