When the publication is launched you can choose to insert a graphic or even a flash introduction beside the front cover. This opportunity could be used to introduce the publication, have a ‘quick-start’ menu or perhaps create another advertising space.

Perhaps one of the greatest features of digital editions are their ability to collect valuable information on reader demographics and reader habits. 3D Issue are delighted to not only offer this ability with our software but also to offer it for free in such a way that assures that the stats that you are reading are market validated and also completely confidential to you. How do we offer this? We have recently configured our flash magazine to communicate directly with your Google Analytics account. A new feature of Google Analytics, called "Event Tracking" now allows 3D Issue to post each action of a reader and post these actions to your google analytics instantly, and all you have to do is enter your Google Analytics ID 1 time, and 3D Issue takes care of the rest.

SEO is the process of improving the volume and quality of traffic to your eMag from search engines. You will be driving more traffic to your online publication by using our software in conjunction with Google analytics. We walk you through this process step-by-step in our 3D Issue Lite tutorial. Archiving
3D Issue also will prepare each publication that you digitize for archiving. If you are planning to set up a search tool on your website for searching through your publications, all past present and future issues, then 3D Issue is ideally. With minimal effort, 3D Issue prepares all of your content so that it can be easily scanned and displayed in search results. 3D Issue architecture also makes it easy for search tools to link directly to articles of interest.
Altering Display and downloading Speed
If you want to maximise the impact of your publication, you have the option of maximizing the display of the flash magazine. If you want to enhance the downloading speed for your readers you can choose to fix the display to ensure faster downloading and interaction
Enable or Disable Printing
This feature allows your eMag readers to select a range of pages that they wish to print. Not all publishers wish to allow end-users to print their pages, due to copyright issues. Therefore we provide the option to disable this feature.
Keyword Searching
This is a huge benefit to the readers of your eMag. The reader is allowed to search the entire publication for a word or phrase. During the 3D Issue conversion all of the text is extracted, meaning when a phrase is searched the end-user is told on what page and what paragraph that word/phrase appears in the whole publication. A link to every instance brings them directly to that page
Read Right to Left
This is a new addition to 3D Issue Manager. While English printed publications are read from left to right, other languages such as Arabic and Hebrew are read from right to left. What English printed publications for example would classify as the “Back Page”, publications in Arabic would classify that page as the “Front Cover”. To cater for these clients we have added a button that when selected, reverses the entire publication to suit that format.
Zooming options
You, as the administrator can also choose whether you want to zoom to a single page at a time or zoom to double page spread mode. By default, the user zooms to a single page. You can also change how the user scrolls around the page when they have zoomed in. By default, after you have zoomed in when you move the mouse, the page moves. You can alter this option to "click and drag", ensuring the pages to not move until the user has clicked and dragged the page.
Lite is a slimmed down version of our Professional version, although as you can see it still encompasses the most beneficial features that our software provides. As it is a lighter version, it makes for an easier process.
