Applies to 3D Issue V5 Pro users. Question “I’ve inserted a banner in my publication, however on some browsers it isn’t stretching the entire way across. What am I doing wrong?”
Solution The recommended banner size is 2000pixels wide by 60pixels high. Content should always be kept to the left. Using this resolution the banner will always cover the screen. Note Publications built for tablet and mobile devices will not display banners, this due to the limited screen space available on these devices.
