When I add my PDF(s) to the software, the page count shows up as ’0′ and will not let me convert?

This is because the PDF is corrupt and the software cannot read the document correctly. If this ever happens, please follow the instruction below: Open the PDF(s) with Adobe Acrobat. Click – FILE: SAVE AS (where it says ‘Save as Type’, please select the option ‘Adobe PDF Files Optimized’. Then click Save. The PDF(s) should then work. |
