I tried to install the software in Windows and got an error when I tried to open the application.

Q. I tried to install the software in Windows and received the following error message:

“…….C:Program Files3D Issue Professional3D Issue Professional.exe

This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem….”

A. If you have received this error and reinstalling has not helped, you may need to install the following Microsoft component:

Can I ask you to install the “Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable package” from this link

It is an official download from Microsoft.

Since our application is compiled with Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 Sp1, it will depend on some dll’s that may not be installed in their system.

Can I ask you to try this microsoft installer first, and then run the application to see if it makes any difference.
