The 3D Issue logo is placed in the bottom right hand corner of the interface. It is not possible for us to remove this logo as it acts as the intuitive link to our copyright statement which is required to be present to protect our IP.

Who hosts my digital publications?

You. Our product provides a software solution instead of a service. Therefore, once you create your digital publications you are free to host them yourselves on your own website! You have full control.

Can I create digital editions for my clients?

Each solution on our website is sold with 1 company license only. You can use this software to create digital editions of any past, present or future issue of any publication owned by that company. Should another of your clients wish to have you create digital editions for them, you would contact us and purchase an additional template. Once you purchase a template for Company B it will be integrated into your current software and this will allow you to generate digital editions of any past present or future issue of any publication owned by that company B. The cost of the template depends on the level of interactivity the client wants. This template will be configured to include their logos and branding and will be configured to play at their URL . They are again lifetime licenses to that client and can be used on all of that clients publications.

When and how do I receive the software?

As part of the order, we customize the flash magazine template that is generated to include your branding. After we have received payment we will ask you for a copy of your company / brand logo. Once we have received this, we will integrate it into your flash magazine template and provide you with a link to download your unique installer. Upon receipt of this logo please allow 1 working day for delivery of this your customized installer via email.

How long does the license last?

A lifetime! 3D Issue is sold per company license. Once purchased you/your company can produce digital editions of any past, current or future publications that your company wholly owns.

Is there a limit on how many publications I can digitize?

Absolutely Not! 3D Issue is sold per company license. Once purchased you/your company can produce digital editions of any past, current or future publications that your company wholly owns.

Unfortunately not, 3D Issue is sold per company license. Each solution on our website is sold with 1 company license only. You can use this software to create digital editions of any past, present or future issue of any publication owned by that company. Should another of your clients wish to have you create digital editions for them, you would contact us and purchase an additional template.

Once you purchase a template for Company B it will be integrated into your current software and this will allow you to generate digital editions of any past present or future issue of any publication owned by that company B. If I purchase the Gold version do I receive support, maintenance and training after the first year?

The Gold license includes support, training and maintenance for the first year. After year one, should you wish to have continued support the cost for maintenance & support is €235 euros per year for Professional or €375 euros for Enterprise.

If you release an update what is the upgrade cost?

If you have a Gold Professional or Gold Enterprise license, you receive upgrade protection and receive a free update to the latest version. If you have a Bronze Professional or Enterprise license the cost is €499 to upgrade your license to the newest version. If you have the Lite version and wish to upgrade the cost is €199. The upgrade works exactly the same as your initial purchase, once you pay the upgrade fee we build a new installer and send it to you to download.

Can I get upgrade protection?

Absolutely! The upgrade protection only comes with Gold Professional and Gold Enterprise.
